I typed in my email as in the z1234567 one and it failed as well. Then I typed in the other one, as given to you in the Identity Manager, the one with your initials of first/middle name followed by your surname. That works!

I think "You're a student" part just confirms that we've entered all the correct info about fees & help, accepting your offer, zPass.. and then we've set up our enrolment, timetables, zmail, etc. The "you're a student" page tells us to get our Student ID and Transport Concession from FM Assist...

My status is 'matriculation' as well. Should be good..
