    I have a Samsung 19inch TV that i connect with the VGA port.(used as my desktop monitor) and i also have a samsung 46inch HD TV in the living room that i connect my new laptop with, i use HDMI. Just need to buy urself a $20 1m hdmi cable and set TV source to HDMI output and your viewing.
