It's called Coffee on Campus. Look for it facing the John Lions Garden at K17. If you go to the vending machines there, there'll be a table, usually populated with laptops, power cables, notebooks and bags. There's a good chance I'm there or some CSE revue people ;)

Very true too. And plus, in the short time that GMail came out, there are most likely more people with gmail accounts than Skype so it's more 'convenient' to just use Google Talk.

Try to restore a System Restore point. Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore. Try one before you uninstalled stuff.
