You don't actually set the number to dial. I think what happens is once your line is activated and you've installed everything, you click the "D-Link PPPoE AU Connection" icon in your network connections to 'dial' in and it shouldn't take more than 10 seconds.

Has anyone noticed that Firefox lets some popups go through regardless? One example I can think of is www.mess.be where sometimes a popup will come up and other times it won't. And yes I have popups on blocked so I'm annoyed and confused.

If you know where the Capitol theatre is, it's in that big building. You go up the stairs to get to it and there's lots of nooks and crannies where Asian people operate out of, selling monitors and other computer related stuff.

Microsoft Antispyware, Lavasoft Adaware, Spybot S-D, AVG. I use them once every so often but my computer is mainly clean.
