Some are born gay, some achieve gayness, and some have gayness thrust upon them

You can't medicate against homosexuality. You can't "stamp it out". It is not a disease, or a disorder. You know that, so stop faffing around

Do you have objections to eating farmed dolphin/monkeys etc

I love the implication here. "If you eat meat, you hate the environment!"

Some are born gay, some achieve gayness, and some have gayness thrust upon them

Lolwhut? Also incorrect, as homosexuals pass on their genes indirectly, via their siblings' offspring. Almost as good in genetic/evolutionary terms as having your own. It's not a mental condition, and it's not a lifestyle choice. It's a product of genes.

Some are born gay, some achieve gayness, and some have gayness thrust upon them

You know what I mean. Disorders on a gene level as opposed to disorders on a chromosonal level.

Some are born gay, some achieve gayness, and some have gayness thrust upon them

Except Down's syndrome is a chromosonal disorder, not a genetic disorder.

Some are born gay, some achieve gayness, and some have gayness thrust upon them

More like a recessive gene? I would no more call homosexuality a genetic disorder than I would call having orange hair a disorder (and the latter is arguably more damaging to one's chances of reproducing than the former).

Some are born gay, some achieve gayness, and some have gayness thrust upon them

I was more relating to the fact that the gene mutations that result in homosexuality produce anatomical differences as well as ones involving brain chemistry, so would be hard to continue arguing it as a "mental illness".

    eating in exams

I think you can if you're diabetic. If not, tough shit, it's distracting.

How many sugars do you put in your Tea?

Ew, well there's your problem. Milk with black tea is somewhat understandable, but milk should NEVER go with green/herbal teas (unless it's Chai, which doesn't count).

How many sugars do you put in your Tea?

I don't understand people who ruin the flavour of the tea by adding milk and sugar. That being said, I don't often drink plain black tea/English Breakfast, though when I do I have it plain and black. I usually drink Earl Grey or Lady Grey, both of which you definitely don't have milk and...

How many sugars do you put in your Tea?

No sugar and definitely no milk.

    Euthanasia for Life Prisoners

I would agree with this as long as a clear distinction between this and the death penalty was made, and no "either choose life in prison or euthanasia" kind of decisions at sentencing.

    Climate Change

Okay, great, so cite your source. Name ain't enough, dude, it's like me telling you "Oh PZ Myers said to me that evolution is a lie". Published data?

    Climate Change

That's kind of your job, isn't it? Back up your own statements with more than "oh this guy I know told me." Peer-reviewed journal piece would be nice. Go find, or retract your statement.

Do you have objections to eating farmed dolphin/monkeys etc

Some parties that don't know what they're talking about, maybe.

    That's helpful

Some are born gay, some achieve gayness, and some have gayness thrust upon them

They're all "natural occurances", however there's a distinct difference between mental illnesses and "sexual deviancy from the norm".
  18. Kwayera

Some are born gay, some achieve gayness, and some have gayness thrust upon them

Except it isn't characterised by features that make up a mental disease. In your head, maybe, but not those of people who actually know and decide what a mental disease is.

Do you have objections to eating farmed dolphin/monkeys etc

Yes, but it's very unlikely that it would be present in cooked flesh. The virus likely jumped species via blood transmission during the hunting process, not eating the meat itself. People have been eating bushmeat for a very long time, and it's only jumped a few times. The risk is quite low.

    Climate Change

Uh, no. There is a significant winter ice cap over water, but the majority of the permanant ice caps are over the continent. The ice is about 2500m thick in some places. Also, please cite sources for your temperature estimations.
