Extension 2 is to Extension 1 what Extension 1 is to 2 Unit. Conic sections are evil, as you'll quickly discover, but if you're good at Extension 1 you should be alright at Extension 2.

Yes, ultimately the moderation process only takes into account your rank (and relative difference between ranks).

It can't hurt to apply for Special Provisions. If your symptoms are as you say they are and you have evidence to back it up, they could give you extra time or similar provisions.

I did a course last semester where I attended the first lecture in week 1 and the last lecture in week 13, with nothing in the middle. Got 90. (Although that says more about the difficulty level of the course than anything else...)

They've been to ANU. "Free Subscription Paid For By Your Uni" - no thanks, I'd rather my uni spend its money on something worthwhile. And you'd have to pay me to read the Tele.

Elections are Sat 26 March so it's not too late... from what I've heard of the AEC, I wouldn't be surprised if NSWEC job offers won't come out until next month sometime.

Depends on your learning style and how you adapt to uni life as well. You have a lot more free time and a lot less handholding - some people find that great, others find it difficult. You do have the benefit of a lot more choice as to subjects so you can pick things you're actually interested...

Although if the BOS goes ahead with General 1 and General 2, Mathematics 2U will be renamed Mathematics Advanced.
