Your problem is that you say you're in one of the bottom 10 schools in Victoria, so unless your top 5 people are exceptions to this and are doing much much better, then that may not mean much. As for predicted ATAR, this is a NSW forum so we can't really help you too much with that.

I'm assuming this is an internal school assessment, in which case if your teacher is really lenient they might let you do something about it, but otherwise you have no recourse.

My guess is that they'll all end up full - UAS could force it if need be. That is definitely true - college life is something quite unique and these new developments won't really replicate that. :p
