    In a bit of a pickle... D:

It would have to stay the same, as the institutions don't know whether you will be offered a late round place or whether you'll choose a late round offer over your main round offer.

    2010 PhB Students

Yes, it's the Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours), which unlike most undergraduate degrees is focused on high-level research rather than just coursework.

on averagehow much o the state dya rekon rely fails hsc/

Well, if you define fail to be < 50% raw, then it would probably be at least 10-20% in most courses. Certain ones like Extension Maths tend to have exams where it's difficult to score well in raw terms, so they'd be higher. However 50% shouldn't always be the benchmark for whether someone has...

    Should i leave school?

I think this is really a decision you need to make for yourself. If Newstep gets you into uni and things are hard at school, then go for it.

UAC's University Offers 2010 Online - see who's in your course!

No, the international offer rounds happen at different times from the domestic ones, and they aren't published in the newspapers as far as I know.

    Should i leave school?

Where exactly do you live that you're 10 minutes away from a uni but 90 minutes away from a high school? =/ If that's the case the Newstep program may be a better option.

    Tax file number.

The ATO can give you your TFN over the phone. Proof of ID is done by asking for your personal details.

    plagiarism

The policy reason for prohibiting this would be to ensure all students have as fair a chance as possible to do the assessment in the prescribed time, I suppose.

    John's vs Fenner

There's a lot of factors they'll consider when making offers. They might have denied you because they want a certain student balance or something like that. Given how many people have been denied 1st pref this year, you shouldn't be surprised about it.

    Enrolment

My understanding is that enrolment must be done in person, however if you're living in a hall or college you can attend special enrolment sessions which are scheduled after you arrive on the 13th, or something like that.

    Serious Help Picking Subjects

Take whatever interests you more, rather than merely what scales better. It doesn't matter what set of courses you take, you can always achieve a high ATAR if you're doing well enough. So do Modern :)

    Information on Accommodation

Reading all of this makes me almost feel guilty about getting an offer for Ursies so quickly :( I feel sorry for all of you who are getting UL and Fenner.

I only have powers in the ATAR & HSC Marks forum, so I certainly didn't. I don't think I've seen the thread in question, and in any case I wouldn't really be able to tell you much.

    Information on Accommodation

I'd be interested to see the acceptance numbers for each of the halls. Although assuming most people had UL listed pretty low on their preferences it must be fairly similar for all of them.

how do second round offers for university work?

If you want to be considered for a February or Final Round offer, you need to login and change your preferences so that something else is your 1st preference. Otherwise they assume you're happy and exclude you from all future rounds.

Help! Tuition costs for P. Resident..?

Student contributions are worked out on a per-subject basis. The yearly contribution figures you see are just the subject figures * 8, so take the numbers for Arts and Law, divide them both by 8, and then multiply them by the number of subjects from each faculty you'll be taking. So assuming...
