I can't say about the study scores issue, but ATARs are exactly equivalent to ENTERs.

The only people who receive offers in the early round are those approved for Early Entry or those in certain courses with non-ATAR-based criteria. Even if you are well over the cutoff, you'll have to wait until the Main Round.

There's no point appealing - in fact, I don't believe you can appeal ATARs. In any case, it's simply a matter of scaling - your SoR mark probably scaled better than your Music mark.

The info must be sent within 21 days of them receiving your request. You can ask for just about anything held by BOS, which excludes anything university or ATAR-related, so no scaling reports.

I can't answer about whether or not you get a certificate, but even if you didn't, there's nothing stopping you from putting in on your resume - if they asked for any proof, direct them to the Board website.

It depends - some unis run Early Entry schemes, e.g. UoW and UC, and some courses which have non-ATAR entrance requirements e.g. Music degrees give early round offers.
