wtf? wtf? While on optus they slow u down to 28kbps.. Telstra slows u down to 64kbps.. thats heaps better than 28kpbs and more unliminted! :D Minai.. Telstra hasn't implemented a system yet for the capping of cable atm. There is a rumour that the capping process will not start...

yes they do charge more.... say they give u 2*128mb of RAM and u wanna get 1*256mb RAM.. u have to pay more through "customise and buy" if that's what you're saying... it doesn't matter if u buy online or through telephone.. u have to pay more.. I know this for a fact coz I just bought...
