actually, i think most of the hype in both cases has been re the visuals. which is definitely a good reason to see it at the cinemas. unless you are going to get it on bluray

Avatar is definitely overrated. The plot is extremely predictable.

Not just the plot, even the dialogue! I said aloud every word in the movie half a second before it was said.

I've seen avatar, its a good movie but its not worth all the hype, good visuals but the storyline bored me.

In a way i found that it was similar to Pocahontas, in that it was about the natives and the invaders. The invaders want minerals/land wateva. One invader falls in love with native and stays with her. blahh blahh yu get me?
