I think the whole reason why people are finding this movie offensive/disgusting is because of the focus group and fortune teller scene. They were sick. I had to look away in the fortune teller scene. Horrible.

It did have it's funny moments but. Like "That is such a Samantha thing to say."

I don't think I'll watch this film again.

Borat was soo much funnier. And I think a reason why I didn't find it very funny was because I knew that a lot of the sketches were set up.

im not sure about the film itself but a lot of bruno/borat on the ali g show/movie and at least in the production stages as far as i know are done as is - bruno tells people he is making a documentary for austrian tv or whatever. there was a news article a few months ago amongst others about how he almost got shot at an army post in alabama when he mentioned "gay tv" and they just had to run for it.
