I've been invited to go to a Colyes Myer interview, but I've never had a job before, and I wanna be prepared.. What if there's all old people there? =p (As in, what if I'm the only teen there?) Has anyone been to one before? (At the age of 15?)

When i went for a job at K-mart there were all different age groups but mostly 15-19 yos. You dont really need experience, just show them that you are sensible and mature and keen to work hard and learn lots! Its all about being confident. Answer all the questions as best you can.

Quick question slightly off topic, if one works at K-Mart or other places like that, full-time, in the sense that we get full hours, how many days a week/hours a week does one usually work? And then do circumstances change as in parttime/casual/fulltime worker status etc?

you dont exactly HAVE the job, until you sign a contract.
accept both, go to the interviews, decide then.

You don't sign a contract for a casual job.

Average part-time hours are 36 paid hours a week. Only management is full-time.
