swole.me ? lol does it rlly matter how much each food has...just put healthy food into ur diet hav 6 meals then look at the calorie total that swole.me shows :S........ and also swole.me can do taht, tell you how much calories is in each portion of rice, chicken breast etc
actually i figured it out, as a general rule:

in every 1 gram of fat there are 9 calories
1 gram Protein = 4 calories
1 gram of carbs = 4 calories

and yes, if you want to be strict counting calories is useful.

you've probably got aids.

the cold thing *does* make sense to an extent, but it's not really going to burn more than like ~5 extra calories a day lol.

by drinking cold water your body uses more energy trying to warm you up. but like... seriously. fuck. just eat healthy, exercise. don't obsess over the temperature of the water you're drinking lol.

The cold water thing has been proven to work effectively. It may only burn a little by itself as an action, but it revs up the metabolism for further energy expenditure throughout the day :)
Or the Antarctica thing could work. Either way. ^

something that has worked for me recently is consuming most of my carbs if not all before 5 pm. so pretty much going carb free for dinner.

Counting calories is extremely difficult and people often fuck it up, count portions, your meat (protein) for each of your 6 meals should be the size of your fist, veggies can be whatever since they are mostly water, carbs should be sweet potato or brown rice, and should be half the size of your protein source in each meal. For protein either chicken breast, for lean steak or turkey. Healthy fats are overrated.
I only give advice for what worked for me as I lost 15kg in 2-3 months.

I look fatty, while i am taking less food, sugar and all such things. Also suffering from swelling on my whole body, when all the tests are normal. Please suggest me what should be helpful for reducing weight and swelling. I also always feel tired and sleepy.

In my view eat what you want to eat but you have to follow good exercise plan to maintain your weight.
