is around 6 past papers for each science (i do phys,chem,bio), 10 for maths and 3 for english completed fully enough preparation for hsc exams?

how many papers would/did 99.95ers do ?

lol i've done 109 past papers including HSC and trials from a bunch of schools (40 for 2U 28 chem 25 physics 16 senior science)

and i bet you i'll still do shit!

nahh at school, i think ive used like 50 reams of paper to date... lets just say i made the most of printing privileges

I did around 15 for 4U, 10 for 3U, 5 for english, 1 for legal studies and 0 for music II musicology

imo for english it's best just to practice the reading responses in 40 min, and then just learn to figure out quickly how to adapt your creative + essay into the question for section 2 and 3 respectively

Past papers are not the best form of studying for every subject.

Im at a loss as to why people print out past papers...? Okay you can take them around with you, but i find no problem in sitting at a desk with a laptop with a digital copy.

but in some cases, you'd have to try to mock exam conditions (no computers allowed in exams), so you'd get a hard copy of the paper and sit down in a place all alone without any technology except a calc, pen and working out paper

nah man, quality of doing your papers > quantity of doing the papers. don't waste too much time unless if you want to try and get full marks.

20 for 2u , 10+ for biz, 5 for eco, 5 for ancient, as many for english short answers

I have not done any yet. I only intend to do 1 each under exam conditions for each subject, except English. Then i'll do various papers leisurely.
