I wish we had that system.

8x 38 minute periods in a day, recess after period 2, 10 minute break after period 4, lunch after period 6.

Last year every lesson was a double period, but this year we have a few singles and they are SHIT. you get fuck all done, such a waste.

We have 3x50's and 2x80's most days.

I thought I had a fairly shit timetable until the people doing 4 maths and 4 english in my school got there's. They have 4 periods of maths (260mins) and 1 period of english (50 mins), then another 75mins for 4U english afterschool.

Ouch.

at my school it was 75min.

subject, subject, recess, subject, lunch, subject.

8.30-2.30 normally (mondays and wednesdays were early cos of tafe/extension people) recess and lunch were 30min.

at the junior campus it was if i remember correctly
subject, 17min recess, subject, 5min break to get to next class, subject, 38min lunch, subject. 8.47 - 2.55. mondays were early finishing at 2.10

at my school its:

period, period, period, period, RECESS, period, period, LUNCH, period, period

40mins per subject, 8 in total, excluding early morns/late arvos
and one would have about two doubles a day
school day: 9 - 3:20

The length of each period seems shorter than most. I think 50's better than 40, let alone 38 <<< that seems waaaaay too short

lol 38 minutes. Why not just make them 40 minutes and cut lunch back 10 minutes and recess back 5 minutes?

Perhaps Feb 13th shodu leb made a public holiday so everyone cna stay hoem and watch Kevin Rudd LIVE apologize to the Aboriginal people. I'm all for an apology, so long as their is no compensation!!!!

today was shit, had to listen to a 1 hour talk on UNE, SCU and CSU, even though i wouldn't go to those shitty unis if they paid me i still had to go, what a joke.
