Justin apologizes if the generalisations in his conversation with Marcus offended anyone, suggesting that this is a valid theory based on the fact that a good number of people of Asian cultures tend to perform better in the sciences rather than the humanities courses. Justin also suggests that if no offence was taken, then this part of the post be disregarded and all is good.

Justin feels deep sorrow at missing Lynn's big moment of revealing her name, and also feels some displeasure at missing Susan's. He would also like to state that he has not actually been studying, and has only read one chapter of his IPT textbook. He thanks the Board of Studies for making this an afternoon exam.

Justin apologizes for not placing his Major Work on this forum, though it did appear in its entirity for a good twenty minutes before I decided he decided he wasn't comfortable with the idea. Justin suggests that on the freak possibility that it does make it into the Showcase (unlikely), then Lynn will have access to it, or on the possibility that it is eventually expanded into a full length novel, it will be avaiable to her in an expanded and somewhat more effective format.

Justin really should study when he says he is going to.

Justin would also like to point out that his current location is not truly exam centre 690, as he does not live at school.

Marcus is glad to hear that Justin does not live at school. Schools are strange places and should only ever be frequented in the daytime. Marcus was at school untill 1:00 in the morning on the day work on his Visual Arts Major Work had to cease. Marcus was disturbed by being at school at such an hour, and maintains that schools are eerie places without sunlight; and are unfit for living.

Justin has been to school a number of times after dark for interviews and such, and wholeheartedly agrees that schools are eerie places after dark.

co+ca would like to take this as an opportunity to reveal her name, because although she hasnt posted on this thread previously and doesnt really know whats going on, it seems like fun. co+ca's name is India.

India's story is not posted because she feels it is a piece of crap, especially when compared to the work displayed here. the future destruction of every existing copy will be, she feels, a loss to no one.

Susan disregards Justin's generalisations as no offence was taken. She cannot speak for Lynn though, but back bone instinct suggests that Lynn will probably forgive you.

Susan as well has been struggling with her Modern History study and curses the Board of Studies for making it a morning exam.

Susan analyses the Bored of Studies showcase and wonders if anybody online at the time that Justin allowed his major work to languish in that 20 minutes. It appears that pitted was online at the time? Perhaps they could be bribed with small amounts of money and large amounts of chocolate....

Despite Susan's evil plan, she understandst Justins plight but believes that he may be over-reacting a tad, however, is entitled to the privacy of his major work.

Justin states that no one was online at the time, and if they were, the file recieved no downloads. Justin states that only a handful of BOS members have seen any part of his major work, those being goldendawn (aka Marcus), his friends krazy_chris and chouboi, and his girlfriend Tennille.

Justin probably is overreacting, but what the hell. He doesn't feel comfortable with it in its entirity on a public forum or with people he doesn't know personally.

That is fine. Susan inquires if Tennille, Justins girlfriend, is the same Tennille on this forum?

would justin feel comfortable exchanging it for indias story? for as she has already stated, it is a piece of literary shit and surely justin wouldnt mind the author of said piece of shit reading his story which is, due to the hype, a pure masterpiece

Marcus would like to welcome India to the thread. Marcus believes that India needs to stop worrying about the Major Work. Marcus was previously worried about his own, but has realised that this is fruitless and a waste of self.

Justin states that there are two people Susan could be speaking of. The first being Tenille from Wollongong, and the second being Tennille who is Justin's beautiful girlfriend.

Unfortunately Justin would not feel comfortable exchanging stories with India, as she would probably be disappointed, as well as for reasons stated previously in other threads. Justin also states that any hype was probably caused by his own cockiness towards the hand in date this year.

indeed marcus' wisdom may be correct, but that does not stop india from wishing she had not spent a year stressing and working her ass off... only to produce something she hates. and is sure the markers will hate also

somehow or other, Susan feels that Justin will probably decline India's offer of Major Work swap.

EDIT: Susan was right.

Although riveted by the intense discussion that is Important- Please Read, Susan feels compelled to open textbooks for Modern History in a futile attempt to bring level of knowledge to a satisfactory level for tommorow mornings all important 3 hour exam.

With that in mind coupled with the promise of a good nights sleep, Susan bids Marcus, Justin and India a very good night and will probably see them tommorow afternoon. :)

Justin wishes Susan a good night and the best of luck. He suggests that he will not see her in the afternoon, but rather in the evening after his own exam is over.

Justin says that it is, and that at this point in time he feels abysmally unprepared, however he is sure he will perform better than he will in Anicent History.

Marcus knows that self-doubt results in poorer results; Marcus knows that Justin knows more about each subject than Justin believes he does; Marcus knows that belief in the unfailing wisdom of the self results in the attainment of success.

Justin agrees that he knows more than he thinks he does, and hopes that a glance at the textbook will help him realise his knowledge.

Justin thanks Marcus for his confidence and his encouragement and enquires about whether he has any exams before Ancient History on Thursday.
