you do realise that you can be going to a school where the dux gets 100 and still go terrible - what the dux gets is pretty irrelevant if you arnt going to be putting work in for youself

nope, just indicates that the people are just lazy and don't bother because idk... they don't want/need a high uai? Like I said - the only one stopping you is you. If you put in the effort you will see it in your results.

lol, could also mean teachers arent that great/quality of education. If your really worried. do extra work out of school, tuition. or buy some different textbooks for your subjects or something. if you rank first at school. your uai is almost completely upto ur hsc exams isnt it?

It fluctuates. I went to a school where the year below me was dux at 93, my year was dux at 85 and the year below me was dux at 97.

Even if you go to a higher ranked school, there will me teachers who can't teach. In this case the students just learn by themsleves through books or get tutored.

It's all up to you.

are the duxes at ruse based of the hsc results where who ever gets the highest result since you guys get about 5-8 people with 100 UAI every year? or is it from who ever gets the highest internal results?
