Much like overbrewing a fine cup of tea, old chap.

ISRAEL STARTED IT MAN! THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT A PARTITION PLAN AND INVADED PALESTINE IN 1948. Then they Started the Six Days War and the Yom Kippur War, right?
Where do you live I want to live there and will bring weaponry.

They can stop taking fucking pot shots at a country with a far more superior military force than their own.
What do you suggest they do? Infact what would you do if you were the government of a territory which have been starved of supplies for 18 months with no signs that Israel is willing to end the blockade. Do you 1) fight back OR 2) die of starvation and disease?

b. Most of Israel's rockets hit their destinations, and any civilian "collateral damage" that ensues is most unfortunate, but not deliberate.
Israel has been dropping bombs from F16's with the capability to knock down entire buildings. Israel's targets have been the government of the territory, the civil services, education facilities and places of worship. Considering those are "Israeli targets" the collateral part is even more heinous and disgusting, considering those are the "regular" targets of Israel. Can you imagine how you would respond or how Israel would respond if the tables were turned? Double standards, or lets be orwellian and say good work with the doublethink. doubleplusgood.

Starved of supplies from Israel. Not starved of supplies form other countries. I would like to see some evidence of people dying of starvation and disease in these past 18 months.

Yeah and the Egyptians were doing training exercises before the six day war.

Just training exercises. Get REAL.
Israel were doing "training exercises" in May earlier last year. Right around the time Hezbollah infrastructure was targetted by the government. Many people truly believed Israel was preparing another strike against Lebanon, but no such thing happened. Theoretically, if Hezbollah assumed such a strike would have happened and pre-empted the strike they believed would happen, another war would have taken place. But can you blame it on Israel's war exercises? Ofcourse not.

Same is true with the 6-day war.

There are ample sources which corroborate my statement that the majority of Palestinians in Gaza are going hungry. Whether any deaths have come from it as of yet I do not know. But without a doubt the medicine which Israel has prevented from entering Gaza would have resulted in many deaths. Also, the restrictions on fuel needed to power hospital generators would have resulted in many deaths as well.

I never said that.

Look this is very easily solved. Rockets do not fire themselves. If Israel would just stop bombing the shit out of Gaza, and then agree to stop blocking the neccesities to life from entering Gaza, a lasting peace can exist.

But what's also important is Israel needs to follow it's international obligations, and move it's populations out of occupied territories and also withdraw from occupied territory. So the Palestinians can live in their state and peace can ensue.

It's so simple. Everyone wants to see that happen including Hamas who are signatories to the arab peace plan/treaty.

excuses, excuses! israel is trying to justify thier killing spree but the real fact is that they are murderers. killing inncocent men, women and children by the hundreds is unnacceptable. with all their so called military intelligence shouldnt they be able to target the real terrorists if there really is any? this is all a farce. why havent they caught osama bin laden? is there a real person with that so called name or is it all a fictional story that the US has created? there are many people who may disagree but everyone is entitled to their own individual opinion. israel is committing crimes against humanity and anyone responsible should have the same fate as saddam hussein. would you like it if you brother, sister, mother, father, cousin, son, daughter were killed if they were innocent?? this is a massacre, a crime and one day karma will catch up. watch some real media coverage where the truth is told and you will realise how heartless and murderous these israeli people are.

and dont forget the israeli are denying innocent people the right to food, water and shelter because of their blockade. who do these people think they are? why dont they go and establish a coutnry in the middle of the US instead of stealing someone elses country.

Ehh, no, I disagree. While there are far right lunatics in the Israeli government that want to see the destruction of anything that so much raises a finger against anything Israeli in the region, there will not be a lasting peace deal. Israel needs to be rid of idiots like Tzipi Livni, Benjamin Netanyahu, Ehud Olmert etc etc etc (and more that exist that aren't quite so famous).

Similarly, Palestine needs to be rid of the lunatics that make up Hamas, Lebanon needs to get Hezbollah on the sidelines.

Once the lunatics are gone, Israel should hand back FULL control of Palestinian/Arab territories (entire West Bank, Gaza, Golan Heights, East Jerusalem), because let's be frank, these territories do not belong to the Israelis by any stretch of the [moderate] imagination.

Following this they ought to then sign a lasting peace treaty. Only then will we have lasting peace.

Will that happen? Eh, probably not. Israel is doing a helluva lot to ensure that it won't happen with this whole Gaza business. LET US STARVE THEIR POPULATION, THEN BOMBARD THEM WITH MISSILES, REMOVE THEIR GOVERNMENT AND WITHDRAW. SURELY ANOTHER EXTREME REGIME WILL NOT REPLACE HAMAS, AND SURELY THERE WILL BE NO RESENTMENT. Israel needs to realise that they cannot subdue resentment against violence with more violence. Once they realise this (kinda like Yasser Arafat did) then we can progress. Cutting off food, water, power, and killing hundreds/thousands is heading backwards.

I'm pointing out the fundamental difference.
There is no difference.
Israel, with all their advanced technology should be able to attack terrorists without bombing places civilians would be in. They know there are civilians in the area, but choose to go ahead with their murders, then say it's all 'collateral damage, and we didn't mean it'. That just makes it worse IMO.

Ohohoh! Did you watch channel 7 news today? They showed this guy and his family, and a bomb in their home. The bomb didn't actually blow up but yeah, he wasn't a 'Hamas Militant' and neither was his wife, or their children. I don't see how a 'country' like Israel with all it's advanced technology could launch a bomb into someones house by mistake. Since there was NO Hamas Militant in the house. Oh & there weren't any weapons either. :)

According to Israel, this war will not end well. This obviously shows that they don't give a shit about peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis. They only want to kill the rest of the people in Gaza/scare them so that they all move out, and then steal the rest of their land!

There is alot of evidence to support that. Israel would find it much harder to justify the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians who have been living there since 1948 if it were apart of Israel. However, in it's withdrawal as a seperate state, it becomes much easier to bring about an ethnic cleansing of the Gaza area.

This is one part I disagree with. I think it was an accident, but I think that's precisely the problem. Israels intelligence is not fautless, killing two civilians along with one Hamas kingpin is not acceptable either (considerin' Hamas hasn't killed many Israelis lol), and lastly bombs aren't accurate by any means.

They said they knew what they were doing. Everytime an Israeli has an interview they say they're only targetting terrorist. According to that, they seem to be targetting whoever. &if they weren't targetting whoever, then why is it that what Hamas is doing is considered worse than what Israel is doing?

Hamas say they fire and just want to get whoever, and kill 2 people max in each attack. Israel kill 10+ people then say it's a 'mistake'. Please!

Oh&PLEASE now theyre doing what they did with Lebanon with the 'dropping letters' telling people to leave [which makes it easier for them to steal their homes] and where will these people go exactly? Some are injured, others are dying or have no supplies, and everywhere they go there are bombs being dropped. Yes walking in the street and trying to get out of Gaza is the sanest thing to do.

&just random. On AlJazeera they showed this family and the little girl would literally jump everytime she heard a bomb, and the boy was shaking the whole time [the interview went for nearly 10 minues and the kids were under 7 years of age]. Exactly what do people expect these children will think when they grow up? Do you all expect them to love Israel for scaring them so much, and killing everyone around them?

Remember that Israel has blocked off entry and exit from the Gaza Strip completely.

But they're God's chosen people lol.
