"discuss the arguments for and against a charter of rights in aus"?6 marker on a charter of rights
actually yeah i see it.6 marker on a charter of rights
like define enviro rights or like evolution of them over time? and what do you think for SOPthere have been so many charter of rights questions before. I am feeling environment and separation of powers.
possibly like what is the importance of environmental rights, or why aren't they an enshrined right.like define enviro rights or like evolution of them over time? and what do you think for SOP
evaluation of environmental rights over time is such a dog question i feel likelike define enviro rights or like evolution of them over time? and what do you think for SOP
i would structure it depending on if they ask crimes against int community or transnational crimes and use both int and domestic response for each. if they ask domestic response on one type of crime its fully wraps for me but i highly doubt they would do something like that.okay serious question... if the essay for section 2 is on international crime, what kinds of questions do we think they could ask? and how would you structure an essay around it? my class hardly went into depth on int. crime i feel, and i definitely don't know how i'd form an essay for it
idk maybe something like "Assess the effectiveness of various measures used to deal with international crime"okay serious question... if the essay for section 2 is on international crime, what kinds of questions do we think they could ask? and how would you structure an essay around it? my class hardly went into depth on int. crime i feel, and i definitely don't know how i'd form an essay for it
I feel like the second WO question is less likely bc they asked broadly on courts and tribunals last year? Not to say it can't happenheres my predictions

- (if its international crime i will commit suicide infront of nesa headquarters)
family
- a) How has law reform emerged as a response to the changing values of the community
OR
- b) Assess the extent to which courts have provided justice for family members
