wait i didnt realise they will ask about crimes against international community OR transnational crime!i would structure it depending on if they ask crimes against int community or transnational crimes and use both int and domestic response for each. if they ask domestic response on one type of crime its fully wraps for me but i highly doubt they would do something like that.
dont even i havent even let myself stress about that cause the 3 essays are enough to make me crydont forget the fuck ass short answer THAT ALSO NEEDS BUTTLOADS OF EVIDENCE![]()
can extradition also be applied for crimes against international community because war crime criminals may also be extradited if they flee a country?icc = caic, extrad + ht = tc
yeah that sounds good. i just realised i dont have anything for extradition whoopsquestion - for a holistic crime international that DOESNT specify trans/intl community how would you go about structuring? i have 2 individuals prepared.
i was kinda thinking of doing one paragraph on AFP/ABF + collaboration with intl bodies for transnational
then UNSC/ICC and maybe australia's prosecution of war crimes
and then shared paragraph on Interpol + Australia's extradition regime for both transn + intl but is this how you would do?
tbh if u frame them right u can kinda make them all caic or tc if ur stuck so i wouldnt worry too muchcan extradition also be applied for crimes against international community because war crime criminals may also be extradited if they flee a country?
also what another one i can use for crimes against international community?
