religious freedom - I think it’s the only express right out of them
But it’s not individual right, and I thought d was also a right. Google says
The express constitutional rights in Australia are:
the right to a trial by jury (Section 80), freedom of religion (Section 116), freedom from discrimination based on state of residence (Section 117), the acquisition of property on "just terms" (Section 51(31)), and free trade among the states (Section 92)

yeah that’s fine

I think it’s how you dealt w it - in terms of what community interests were peotected

like I did bail as community interests in preemptively addressing and imprisonment as like that post

does anyone know what the answer to the principal in the first/second degree question was? like the girl who facetimed the guy instructing her and then the guy who drove her away IDEK
and also the judge-alone vs jury trial question
and the music festival pill testing one
i said chris in the 2nd degree!
cause him on facetime is giving the same as like keeping watch for example which is 2nd degree
the other guy (jo?) was the one that ACTUALLY DID the actual crime (stealing or whatever it was)

Yeah but Religion was the only opition that is actually expressed in the consititution, all the others were just implied rights, so I think it was the "most correct"

what did people do for mcq 14. it was like sam pleaded guilty to a crime with a defence. what is next.

i said the criminal culpability one, as like doesn't he have to prove his defence? that was tricky...
