div and separation i believe. that is a dot point in human rights, so i will assume that is right
i get why it has to be division but i couldn't find any reason why it'd be separation as well (i still put that answer anyway i think but idk if it's right)

but the 4th option was free trade no? also why would they specify individual rights if the answer would be a collective right
Wouldn't free trade also be a collective right, even more so than religion? And I'm fairly sure that it wasn't an option.

i feel like it is such an unrealistic scenario though. because the federal government would just legislate around it...

actually that is possible. but im pretty sure 51 gives power for currency, and the high court is separation of powers. that was a tricky one...
wait true because Sec 51 is Legislation and judiarcy is courts so it would be seperation because of how it is enforced

Yeah and I'm fairly sure procedural fairness is decided by legislation and courts which is just seperation of powers
