i did one international for child soldiers then 2 domestic for religion + same sex equality before the lawfor legal measures, did anyone split it up into domestic and international human rights legal measures?
Nah I think its seperation and division because it outlines that only the federal government can make descisions on currencywouldn't it be rule of law tho? no state is above constitution.?
i get why it has to be division but i couldn't find any reason why it'd be separation as well (i still put that answer anyway i think but idk if it's right)div and separation i believe. that is a dot point in human rights, so i will assume that is right
yeah but isnt that js directly division? and then rule of law reinforces why?Nah I think its seperation and division because it outlines that only the federal government can make descisions on currency
Wouldn't free trade also be a collective right, even more so than religion? And I'm fairly sure that it wasn't an option.but the 4th option was free trade no? also why would they specify individual rights if the answer would be a collective right
actually that is possible. but im pretty sure 51 gives power for currency, and the high court is separation of powers. that was a tricky one...wouldn't it be rule of law tho? no state is above constitution.?
wait omg was div and rule of law an optionyeah but isnt that js directly division? and then rule of law reinforces why?
i think so or i'm js dumb and misread div as sepwait omg was div and rule of law an option
i feel like it is such an unrealistic scenario though. because the federal government would just legislate around it...the other option it could be was division of powers and procedural fairness? i lowk forgot what that was tho
wait true because Sec 51 is Legislation and judiarcy is courts so it would be seperation because of how it is enforcedactually that is possible. but im pretty sure 51 gives power for currency, and the high court is separation of powers. that was a tricky one...
it might be one of them ones where they just make both right.wait omg was div and rule of law an option
i think that is right!! because i was think that the syllabus had a dotpoint relating to both.. but idk traumatised from the mcqsmy teach said it was div and seperation, not sure if that helps any
Yeah and I'm fairly sure procedural fairness is decided by legislation and courts which is just seperation of powersi feel like it is such an unrealistic scenario though. because the federal government would just legislate around it...
the way it is written is like "the state will not interfere with religion". it was the most accurate i thinkalso religion can be an individual and collective right i think
what did you pick?Yeah and I'm fairly sure procedural fairness is decided by legislation and courts which is just seperation of powers
I'm like 99% sure it must be because of how the division of powers is outlined in the consitituioni think that is right!! because i was think that the syllabus had a dotpoint relating to both.. but idk traumatised from the mcqs
