My parents and teacher want me to develope a balance in life. They keep saying I never leave the house, which is true, but I have the HSC I need to study

You need some sort of life. If you sit at home studying all day you're going to end up killing yourself (srs). If you don't want to make friends (which I entirely understand, I've been in a similar situation) at least go out by yourself sometimes - Hit the gym, go for a run, even just sit outside and study, it all makes a difference.

making friends is not as hard as it sounds. just put the effort of talking to people, they may grow on you after some time

Fuck my life. Had fucking parent teacher interviews and fucking hell I am pissed off. Every teache said I need to study less and have a balance

I fucking do have a balance, I fucking go to school, work and study.

Fml now my parents want me to be more social/active.

dw Powlmao, once you get into Uni and get that 99.95 ATAR, im sure you'll become very popular then. You can "help" those girls who are struggling with homework at Uni =)

But i get what the teacher is getting at. People say (well the teachers, students and friends I know) tell me that its good to have a balance life style during HSC, like playing sport - which could like release stress. (Or you can just wank like how most guys i know, do =P )

It just seems so hard. I have always been somewhat depressed over this issue but I've always manages to push it aside and bottle it up.

I just don't gettye concept if making friends or being social.

Economics probably.

So that is around the 80's. Not extremely hard in my opinion.

2. Study for those two weeks 15 hours a day locking yourself in the basement
3. Get a 99 atar
4. ????
5. Profit

The key to making friends is.not to just stand there and expect people to magically talk to you, you need to actively stary.conversatioms, talk to people etc.
