Denmark have quite a few decent players in that side but I wouldn't say that they are a very strong side. A close to full strength soceroos side should still be able to get a result against them.

I know I'm completely changing the topic, but is anyone else missing every single game because of this new Fox Sports 3? I have Optus, not digital, and therefore can't receive Fox Sports 3, and have to do with an hour of highlights each week.
It's not enough, and it's incredibly gay to have to deal with
Heh, I know so many Optus people who feel raped by all the new changes. Looks like they're slowly forcing everyone to change to Digital. Fox are a bunch of sneaky fucks.

Congrats to you cuntholes on your result today. The Reebok should be fun. :)

Bendtner = Gun. He just came back from a pretty nasty injury so we might get lucky and only see him playing at 50% or so.

There team is very strong, and Australia may not be at full strength.

Team:
01 T. Sørensen (GK) (villa)
05 N. Jensen sub 62
04 Agger
(liverpool)
03 Nielsen
06 Helveg
02 Poulsen sub 58
(seville)
11 Løvenkrands sub 67 (schalke)
10 D. Jensen
(werder)
07 Kristiansen sub 50
(nurnberg)
08 Kamper sub 66
09 Bendtner sub 85
(arsenal)

Love the Wiki links there! Nice little preview, but you gotta take what you read with a pinch of salt as far as player descriptions go, some of them seem a tad dodgy.

The FA Cup fifth round draw has been released. Chelsea have been drawn at home to lower division opposition for the third time in this FA Cup campaign, with either Blackpool or Norwich City set to travel to Stamford Bridge. Manchester United are also at home again, with Reading their opposition, while Blackburn will travel to either Arsenal or Bolton Wanderers. The other fifth round games are as follows:

Watford v Ipswich
Preston v Manchester City
Plymouth v Derby
Bristol City or Middlesbrough v West Bromwich Albion
Fulham v Tottenham

I would definitely go and watch the socceroos play against Argentina. A match against such tough opponents will definitely provide adequate preparation for the Asian Cup.

Also, Lucas Neill is injured and will be out of action for two weeks. Unfortunately, this means that he will not be fit for the game against Denmark.

AHAHAHA. What is that based on? 05 vs 01? You think it was merely location? Please. In 2001 Soccer Australia was run by a bunch of crooks, had Frank Farina as coach, and that goes without mentioning the players on the pitch.

And you do realise this game against this opponent is a friendly?

And we beat Greece in Melbourne

Will Mascherano sign in time before the transfer deadline...? Hm... they still have a few more hrs to do so. But it looks like Benitez won't have his transfer kitty just yet as the Dubai group has pulled out in its takeover bid, oh well.

Arsenal through to meet Chelsea in the Mickey Mouse Cup, good luck with that one.

I'd be happy to win it considering the players we've used to get there.

Another good win for United last night...and good to see Rooney starting to score goals more consistently. Its just a pity that Chelsea also had a big win over Blackburn.
