Didn't do so well in subjects...barely passing

chemistry: 48%
bio: 69%
english: 52%..happy considering i am yet to read my texts and watch the film. the only section i did well in was question 2 paper 1-14/15
maths ext1: so far got four questions back and sitting on 79%. lost marks for the stupidest things. I read one of the question as 'draw the inverse function' and not as 'find the eqn of the inverse function' but got the graph 100% correct but couldnt get marks because it wasnt the question. and for volumes forgot to insert pi (i never forget it..it's such a simple formula). answer was pi/2. my answer 1/2..hence incorrect =[.

still waiting on sor (gonna be an epic fail..didnt study for it watsoever) and maths ext2 (same as sor)

man, if thats properly marked, they'd come 1st in the state (if not, then 2nd).
Probably first in the state as only very few in the state actually got full mark in the past 20 years.

But then again, we all know howit all depends on the marker...

Yeah people in my year get stuff like this too. Two girls that are 1-2 in Adv. English got for Modules 19/20, 20/20 and 20/20 ... and even though my school is not typically fantastically ranked, they are both really good at English and I'd say the marks were deserved ... if not a little too high

to anyone who is not in year 12 already - convince your teachers NOT to give you the catholic trial papers!!! they're too hard, and they have the reputation of being the most difficult!I'm seriously very lucky not to have failed anything... yet...
hsc is apparently easier and worth more - wouldn't worry too much about trial hsc because of this. and with the hsc, you have more time to study! (especially if you have 2 major works due around the same time as trials and study 12 units... not a good move for me! lol)

Anyway, everyone will do very well in their hsc considering their marks are really good for this point in time - it will be a walk in the park for the real thing :)
No way, CSSA aren't that hard. I thought a few of my CSSA ones were easier than past HSC papers.
