I called bullshit because I don't believe that to be possible
pretty sure jimmy recard over there can do something like 600kgs on the leg press iirc

still same stuff almost, but weight at 10kg, man im so tank.
Also biceps bigger by 1.25 inches in a month

Today I achieved my personal best squat :)
Warmed up with 10reps at 40kg, then another 10 at 60kg, then did 8 reps of 80kg, then 8reps of 90kg, then finished with 5 rps of 90kg (couldn't do morE).
@ 65kg bw.

if you have low bodyfat then you dont need to lose anymore weight!!!11!

also im not on a tuna diet cos i dont like any form of seafood, i just try to eat more meat (usually chicken).
