What Excercise Did You Do Today? (3 Viewers)

Fartlek 250m x 16 (30 second - 1 minute rest in between)

An hour session at Muay Thai this afternoon, )Basically Padwork, and push-ups and sit-ups in between break periods from the Pad work)

Wrist pumping, alternating from slow to fast for about 7 minutes.

Today my eyes finally opened as to the dodgy that is hamilton station.

Also discovered kangaroo meat today. Why I haven't before, is for shame to work out. Cheap, low fat, high protein.

FOR THE THREAD:

Traps/Lats/Middle and lower back - Machines + Pull ups variation grip.

15 minutes alternating bike sprints (high, med, high).
Lol, a few people die there every year...

Last time I was there some guy threw me off the train.

And how much is kangaroo meat a kg? I'll look into it if it can beat $7/kg rump steak.

And my workout:
Squats: 147.5kg - 3x5
Bench: 92.5kg - 3x5
Deadlift: 172.5kg - 1x5
**Close-grip bench press: 52.5kg - 3x10**
**Barbell curls: 30kg - 3x10**

And now wearin' XL shirts :D

Can't beat $7/kg rump steak.. at least not on quantity...

but a breakdown here - $6 for ~500g (3 servings (which to us means 1 ;))

Per serving ($2):
Energy - 643kj
Protein - 33.1g
Fat, total - 1.9g (Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated)
Carbs - 0.4g
Meh, that's basically my $7kg rump steak.

also man I live near steggles. We get chicken breasts for $7.50/kg and sometimes they have massive sales on chicken mince - $4/kg.
