I've been very sick with a chest infection and severe coughing all week long. That meant I missed any assessments for that week, including a History Essay and English Speaking Task! I was working with a partner in class on a role-play for Macbeth, and I just got word from a mate of mine that my partner has done his Speaking task with someone else.
I went to the doctor, whom referred me to a specialist, so as you can imagine, I was NOT slacking off or bludging to avoid my assessment and essay. I take these tasks very seriously. And I even have two doctor's notes to back me up. I just do not want anyone in the school, to get the idea that I'm lazy or tried to get out of the task, especially not my partner for the task.
I suppose the reason I'm asking this is because I'm a bit concerned whether or not my marks have been affected because of my absence, and what will become of my Essay and Speaking Task now that my partner has already done it with another classmate?
Ease my thoughts guys.
