carb-up day.

My depltion workout was intense and it was hard to get post workout carbs in. Anyway.

Prior to 4:30 I had eaten

- 2 egg whites, boiled.
- 1 apple
- 1 banana


Since then I have eaten

- 500ml low fat big m
- 2 x low fat frozen yogurt
- pretzels
- chocolate iced donut
- handful of snakes
- snack sized snickers


Stomach ache has come and gone. Ive still got to eat a large amount of carbs tonight and tomorrow. Bakers delight things, more donuts, pasta and bread are what im gonan pile in.

My legs are so sore. Best.

really need to incorporate more vegetables into my diet but all we have atm is shit winter vegetables like cauliflower. might go buy some other stuff and stir fry it or something idk
