Ketogenic diet. ie. high protein, high fat, VERY low (trace) carbs.
Its basically 2.5 times the recommended daily fat intake (80g). 3 times the recommended protein intake daily (50g). 60% of a normal diet is recommended to be made up by carbohydrates, in a keto carbs MUST make up less than 5% of the total calories.

Hard to comprehend but when done successfully keto maintains muscle mass while optimising fat loss. So basically im eating as much fat as I can to be as big and lean as ive ever been.

Sounds like a scam lol...

It really isn't. I did it for 7 days and noticed more 'tone' on my legs and stomach, had 48 hours of carbs then today is day 1 of my 10 day no carb cycle, I expect even better results after the next 10 days.

Today:

3 eggs whites, 2 yolks, 2 pieces of bacon (fried)
celery and peanut butter
spoonful of cream
protein shake with water
125g of cottage cheese
1 piece of 85% dark chocolate
2 pieces of salami

Just had a chest workout. My arms feel like jelly.
Also, i'll tell you what's not good for the ego- trying to do push ups at the end of your chest workout... brrt.

EDIT: add
chicken fajitas without rice, beans or tortillas or whatever. SO much chicken! and sour cream and avocado. YUMMERS
tea with cream and fake sugar
probs protein shake before bed if i get hungry again.

you could get by on $40 a week easily and eat properly unless youre mega fat

buy tuna and frozen chips and you wouldnt do dickhead things like that

I'd probably by day-old bread and vegemite and live off toast.

Pasta and pasta sauce too.
