i had a packet of those vegie chips things behind the register today and then a customer came up to the register when i had my mouth full

adding to my original list:

a variation on moussaka w/ eggplant rolls, baked and stuffed with mince + pine nuts, topped with tomato paste and mozzarella

grilled figs with fresh pomegranate marinade and marscapone
