Im pretty sure seated dumbbell press covers your side,front and rear delts :S

lol hardly. They used very slightly in arnold press. They are also worked with rows but you still need some form of direct work.

shut up you are like 12 i am almost certainly stronger than you as it is
im actually fairly strong, i just have never gone to the gym
footy training excluded, iv never had a program and followed it

Everyone thinks they can put up 100kgs before theyve touched a weight. When they actually get in the gym theyre lucky to 1RM 55kgs.

The difference in strength between untrained and trained is greater than youd think.

i was benching my bodyweight in U16s so like 60kg lol so i should be able to do that again
we went to the gym like twice and just fucked around and did bench presses

60 is better than most people who dont bench. Its something youd want to tick off pretty quickly though if you started lifting consistently.
