Definately very usable if done well. My friend used this as his related text in a speech and got 25/25 for it. However, I wasn't there to hear it so i can't really points you in the right direction. Someone else perhaps might be able to.

I don't like the search results that Bing gives out, I find Google to be better but I do like some Bing features such as the image search, the mouseover search results to give a preview and the video previews on mouseover. They are only small things and if MS updates IE to default to Bing search...
