yer, but if you are in doubt - its like a soft cushion you can fall back on also, not all quadratics factorise to give rational numbers - so some quadratics require the formula as some answers contain surds

um, thats seems really weird (I'm assuming your getting the entire 2-U maths course (prelim and HSC) done in 1 year! and yer, we also use maths in focus - its too easy in comparison to test questions but its good when you are starting a topic and need that repetition of the simple formulas...

or you could use the quadratic formula :) works EVERY time

Pretty good. Maths - Combinations :) English - talked about poems Chemistry - got approximately 8 sheets all for homwork and stuff :mad: Free - did a little bit of chem and music (got chords and lyrics for a song) Music - practised songs - my sharona and get free...

in that, go for it - do 2U maths if it looked manageable of course

wo, I have never heard any of the topics you guys are talking about we've done (mathematics and extension) - basic arithmetic - algebra and surds - equations and inequalites - functions and graphs - circle geometry and at the moment we are doing permutations and combinations hmm...
