I totally agree with you. Queen is an awesome band,

However, freddie Mercury did die of AIDS, and becasue of this, the band has been labelled 'gay' by many, just like the village people. When i said i'm not gay, I didn't mean that the band was gay, I just didn't want to be labelled gay.
I have nothing against homosexuals.

I respect the fact you wanted to defend the band, I think that shows a high level of passion for their music, - a passion I share as well.
