what did people do for mcq 14. it was like sam pleaded guilty to a crime with a defence. what is next.

i said the criminal culpability one, as like doesn't he have to prove his defence? that was tricky...
yep same i had a whole essay ready for defences lol so that helped

Same I did it because if he used a defence, then either he or the prosecution needs to prove mens rea (except for like provocation of self-defence) to make him culpable. Idk if thats right I was lowkey so out of it

also for 20 did anyone say the court of appeal (i cant really remember the Q)

i should probs stop worrying abt multis and lock in for business...

yes i did that one too! i forget why but 2 optiosn i ruled out immediately. i ruled out the jury one cause the jury cant do anything until the case is presented. so that was my final option

nah i know but like i did diff human rights issues ykwim? like some ppl apparantly thought it was specifically one contemporary issue and i did more ykwim?
nah the more examples/detail the better. I literally went into an extra booklet, don't stress it shows your knowledge

Yeah but Religion was the only opition that is actually expressed in the consititution, all the others were just implied rights, so I think it was the "most correct"
but the 4th option was free trade no? also why would they specify individual rights if the answer would be a collective right
