Who will win this year's federal election given that Chairman Rudd has been deposed and Charthing Gillard has been installed?

I honestly have no clue. After Bronwyn Bishop Tony Abbott is just about the least sensible leadership idea the liberal party have ever had and that includes Lord Downer yet this kind of destabilizing fiasco so late in the term has rendered Labor a rabble. As Spiny Norman loves to hear me say, safeness really trumps everything else and neither major party have it. Expect a big greens vote yes, they've had the same leader since 1996, the liberals have had four leaders in three years and the ALP have fair dinkum told the Australian people that they aren't capable of putting together a team to last one fucking term. Stephen Fielding for all I know, send it the god damn clowns.

Labour will win with a Greens balance of power in the Senate.

Gillard is the worst thing that happened to Abbott. He has no chance now, and I suspect he knew this.

Labor will win but there will be an overall swing towards the liberals.

I still maintain that the ALP under Rudd would have won the next election. I think a win is even more likely under Gillard. That said, we are still to see how she performs and the electorate responds to her as PM.

Exactly. I despise Rudd, but yeah. I'd say more but I'm drunk and shit.
