running around rouse hill shops looking for my xmas present from my friend which i misplaced, and some piece of shit bogan gronk probably stole (since we couldnt find it)

Stationary bike for 20 mins then upper body light weights with lots of reps for 30 mins.

Have no fat on me at all and have above average fitness, just need to turn it all to muscle. Now that I'm finished school I finally have the time to buff up xD

hmmmm..

walked from redfern station to USYD
and walked around USYD all day
also walked from USYD to Notre Dame

i guess ill be doing this most days this year.. apart from the notre dame bit

Going overseas soon so I got 6 shots in my left arm yesterday. It's pretty much paralyzed now, will have to take a rest day :p

Biking/hiking 2hrs.
Mowed lawn with push mower. I'm halfway through and it has taken 3 hours so far. I'm fucked.

5 minute warm up on the cross trainer - level 6

Leg press - 45kg. 3x 25
Assisted Chin up - 45 kg counterweight (so i'm lifting like 13 kilos, haha) 3x16-20
Planks/hovers - 3 x 60 seconds
Lying leg raise - 3 x 20

10 minutes interval training on cross trainer- rest:level 8, workout:level 16
maintain 120-130 strides per minute

10 minutes cross trainer level 9
maintain 120-150 strides per minute

30 minute walk home :)

EDIT: I LOVE FITNESS!!!!!!!!!

monday: 20 min cycle at gym, 25 mins situps, pushups, tricep dips
tuesday: nothing, walked to newtown and back? 40mins
wednesday: same as monday

finally got over that hump and got back to the gym. it only took me a month after coming back from overseas to work up the courage to go back. daunting at first!

Today was- Take down defense via guillotine choke & sprawling. Submitting an opponent in turtle guard via rear naked choke, and 10 mins sparing.

it was like 5-10 mins abs. the rest was the other shit
no exercise today yet. bar walking to enmore and around botanic gardens
