Has the bitching/back-stabbing started at your school?

Get used to it. It'll grow as the year progresses.

    Study Discussion

I'm slowly getting back into study. I haven't even been half as productive as what I was before the trials though. What helps me get motivated is this countdown widget I have on my desktop. I tend to go 'oh crap less than 40 days until the hsc, get off facebook'. Try it =)

not being allowed to do 4u

Many schools do enforce this, but there are ways of getting around it, either by appealing the decision to the coordinator, principal or in dramatic cases, the Board of Studies. Like my school generally has an 'accelerated only' 4U policy, however they were flexible this year and they let this...

Does your internal rank drag your HSC mark ..

I don't think the board will 'nerf' him. If you aced the exam, that's the mark you get (well its moderated, but it's your mark and has nothing to do with your internal ranking relative to others in your school). However if you did shit internally, you'll get a shit internal mark and since your...

    Alpha-Omega Workshops

Waste of time in my opinion. They content they covered was go general and basic, so if you know your stuff already - there's no point in going. However it was good for my friends who had no clue, as they'll teach you the basics. This is just for physics btw - I don't know about other subjects.

    Excel Guides

I generally dislike the Excel books. However the 4U Maths Excel Book - I found useful for the 'mechanics topic' - helped me understand, but that's about it.

    Quick question..

Of course! Because for a Ruse student, they doodle an extended response, which would probably be of a higher standard than us non-ruse peeps. xD

    ATT: Global case study/ies

I personally use HSBC - I really like it for global because they're essentially one of the most successful transnational corporations. There's a HSBC Booklet for the case study avaliable.
