RE Remake was excellent.

Too bad RE isn't scary now, e.g. RE5 - though, still a good game.

Dead Space is also great.

tbh, I'm a survival horror fan, and no game is REALLY that scary. Probably a title from the Clock Tower series.

Can't stand most horror games, but i can stand movies.... I dont know why but ya...

Most scariest is Dead space, got to the hospital and call it quit... same as RE3 call it quit at the copper shop..

The only scary games i ever finish is RE4.. only scary bit is the chainsaw dude..

It's gonna sound a bit lame, but Halo 1. I was in year 7 and the first Flood level freaked the s**t out of me, with the creepy music and not knowing what I'd come up against.
